This is something that would be rather difficult to ID had the price tag not said "Vintage Tractor Tool". A Google search of vintage tractor tools quickly confirmed this. Sadly I have not been able to narrow this down further. These were also called "multi tools" thank you fhrjr2.
This one is a rather heavy duty wrench for loosening and tightening the various bolts that would be found on a tractor. It probably came with the tractor. This has 4 heads for the various sized bolts and is a bit over 10" long. The only markings on it are a "C" and underneath are "188". May come in handy if I ever get a vintage tractor.
This was made by the Long Island Plow Co probably 1920s-1930s. Thank you again TallCakes.
ever poked around wrenchingnews.com? there are lots of similar tools there.
found one very similar in a current auction:

When I was growing up these were called a multi tool. They were used on various equipment around the farm but depending on the sizes they also made them for various size gas fittings which were also called a multi tool.
Thank you very much TallCakes. That should be useful in dating it.
Thank you very much fhrjr2 for the additional information.

Thank you racer4four.
Thank you SEAN68.
I have one i have been trying to identify. I guess mine is for a different kind of tractor.
@fortapache: It is the "Rock Island Plow Company", as TallCakes said, as far as i can tell. I will see if i can find more on the date and tractor used on, if you wish.
