I never tire of these though I doubt anyone could identify the flower. After all what flower has thorns on its petals? Additionally this one stands on tendrils that twist back around the stem, instead of the usual leaves.

Having stopped laughing, Karen, these thorns have no tooling marks either so I'm now thinking all thorns are moulded.

      Kralikiformus fantastica thorniferous hybrid.
It's delicious...even thought it looks a little vicious, too... :-)

Ah, IronLace, an identification in Australian Latin :) Thank you! The years go by and I'm still looking for a pink one.......but when I find it you can identify the variety for me!

      I shall accept the challenge - that's if I don't see it first! :-)
I am always after more rare specimens for my vitreous garden...

IronLace, let's hope it's the twin of a pink one you have already!

Thank you, Fran. I'm considering whether I should have called them tusks!

Thank you, Ken, could be, but with thorns on the flower I'm putting my money on it being a Flight O' Fancy :)
