From 1967 this is the Matchbox King Size K-10 Scammell Pipe Truck. The King Size line is of course a much larger version of the usual Matchbox line.
The Pipe Truck comes with removable pipes that fit together. I removed the pipes with the help of my Laing Crane. I should have brought my Hatra Tractor Shovel to dig a trench for the pipes. The pipes combined are about a yard long. Or maybe a meter as Matchbox was made in England.
The pipe holders move for realistic cornering action plus the rear section is detachable for more play action.
My brothers would love these!
Worked with this type of crane so many different types over the years. Both in super condition the detachable trailer is a bonus!
