Added into the first two photos were American Flags as the publisher thought it would be more pleasant if they were shown. There may have been flags on the poles, but these are all totally edited in by the air-brushing studio before the images went into production.
Interesting how they edited so well even back then. Technically they were real photos, but they were airbrushed into coloured 'views' with 'enhancements'.

Thank you, Valentino. They're very damaging to the environment, though. My eyes watered on July 4th, and I covered our fish pond with a tarp to prevent chemical damage from killing them. They were still going off yesterday.
Oh yeah. You never know when one will erupt under your car. It's happened before.
