G & T Bradburn folding bone(?) and brass 12" ruler. Has standard measurement on one side, but scales for stamps, bills and other account information on the reverse. Obviously for the United Kingdom market as graduations are in L S & D. Looking for purpose and approximate date. Many thanks.
