I found this in my grandfather's home and I have no idea what it is or if it has value. It has such a mix of crystals and I do t think they are all original. Some of the gold colored paint has been washed away at the bottom.

It's a Victorian glass mantle luster. They usually came I pairs. It's very pretty.
