Vintage pretty Millefiori glass oval trinket/pill box

Pretty Millefiori glass oval trinket/pill box. Blue or purple (I think it's more blue-ish) velvet lined. It's small --2.5 X 1.5. The box seems to be of silver but there are no marks. The bottom of the box is a little dented.

I love how all the sides of this tiny box are fashioned. I actually have an affinity for boxes (not to do with my Mom or Grandmother) but the interest was sparked in me about 5 yrs ago during one of my eldest daugther's multiple trips to Italy when she brought back a music/jewelry box from Sorrento, Italy.

I may have formed an addiction though.....ugh. In self defense one Sorrento box I purchased is a surprise for her for X-Mas as she brought the box back as a gift for her sister. She couldn't afford to buy 2. Ssshh..it's our secret!

Without a mark - no clue as to age/maker, etc.
