Here is an interesting little screwdriver set with bit storage in the handle. It is marked "Humphrey Tool Co. / Warren Mass. USA / Patent Applied For" on the walnut handle. The bits, stored in the handle which has 11 marked positions 0 thru 8 plus P & S (0 is the non-hole), have square-to-round shanks which fit into the square hole in the collet. The long brass cap has a round hole and simply screws down over the bit until it jams on the squared portion. Tools include screwdrivers, a gimlet, a square awl and a spike.
Nice tool Ron, I have one similar to yours, but it has a longer handle, with storage on top the same. :^)
Can I ask you what you're holding in the profile picture?
It's a Arcturan Model dIV klystron pulse rifle. It has atmospheric-diffusion compensation and the optional ionizer. Nearly unlimited range on a clear day. Basically, if I can see it, I can kill it (up to about 1000Kg bio-mass). They're illegal across half of this quadrant because of the neural damage that can occur if the charge isn't optimized.
Here's a larger copy of the pic: http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/8/1/8/0/0/2/webimg/956382048_o.jpg
So you are a goofball too Ron, nice! LOL :^D
I want one.
