Fenton China Company - English Fine Bone China - Mug

I love this little mug. It is beautifully made, and I love the picture, which seems to be a horse fair or race. Lots of gilding on it and back stamp says Fenton China Company, English fine bone china. I think it's relatively modern, but couldn't find anything similar, so not sure of age. I wondered if it was something you may buy in an Art Gallery or Museum Shop?
