The attendant at my favourite thrift-store came up to me with this one, asking if I could read the signature or give details on it. I explained some glass-making details, but I struggled with the signature.
It looks like B Slaen 98. So 1998, but who made it?
I asked if they were gonna mark it up from the 99-cent tag. Nope.
I asked if she wanted it. Nope.
I asked if I could buy it for my mom. Yup.

It's fun to try and find the artists that mark their studio art glass, with a mark that you can hardly read, sometimes find it, sometimes never, but you can always learn, while you search! :^D A pretty vase though SpiritBear! :^)

Billretirecoll, my pics didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, so who knows.
Rub some white talc powder over signature, and put up another pic of it. Looks like it says 98 on it ....and something that looks like it starts with a ST ?????? maybe ???
