This decor from Franz Welz was bunched up together and I was wondering If it deserves its own specific folder. The decor is generally called "Line" Decor because it shows a vertical line (sometimes tight sometimes loose). It is mostly seen with confetti coming from the bottom and in lidded dishes from the bottom and the top. Sometimes the lines are made of confetti glass and sometimes confetti lines and powders.

This is something different. Crystal glass rods that show a clear dispensation and give the glass some dimension. It is surrounded by confetti or powders. The effect is most impressive when it is surrounded by powder. So not all line decors are the same. I think this one should be called "pinstripe". Pinstripe pieces sometimes come with a black foot or black finials. Tell me what you think...

Very interesting post, Jericho, particularly the green ones in that the lines are so fine and the spacing precise. What are the bases like?

      Pinstripe seems appropriate to me.

Regular bases with light ripples or cancavity, it strikes me that when the design is more sparse the shapes are so interesting - thanx
