This is a rather nice Wedgwood Jasperware pendant. It has a nice quality gold tone surround, and is clearly marked, with Wedgwood and the number 78, for 1978.

You really have some beautiful pieces of Wedgwood. My mum collected Wedgwood for many years, she's passed now so I wonder where it is now.
She did have all the mother's day plates from start up to when she died.
