Another little item from the "old tool" box. :-)
This is a LUFKIN CHROME-CLAD MEZURALL tape measure, 8ft, model C928. Guessing it dates from the 1950's or 60's, it features a (probably) stainless steel 'measuring tape' inside a chromed case, and still works perfectly! I don't remember where I got it, but I've had it since I was a kid...? :-) :-) :-)
I actually have 2 of these I got from a clean-out.
Just a couple rub marks on the case,The blades are perfect.
I wish They would bring back the chrome blade again, It's so much clearer than yellow/black
