French Language Poster Art 1964

Hi,

Picked this up on the weekend - fantastic! It measures 70 x 48 cm and appears never to have been used.

For those of you unable to read French, it is a language promotional poster for the use of good French during a fortnight in 1964.

The caption means "Speak ..yes, but well!"

I would really love to find out about the artist which, as can be seen on the poster, was José Bruyère.

I've searched everywhere obvious on the Internet... just wondered if anyone had heard of him ?
