    This as a 8" x 12" knuckle bowl on a black foot by Wilhelm Kralik.
    Kralik produced many types of knuckle bowls but the footed ones are my favorite. The upper piece has a custard glass base color with bits of fall covered spatter (confetti). The piece goes crazy when illuminated from above.

    I believe Kralik made these decors in the late 1030's to early 30's.

      I love the design with the solid base! I've never heard of a 'knuckle' bowl before, new term for me.

      I love Knuckle bowls Kralik! I've been watching one on ebay for a while, but the seller won't accept my offers ... one of these days... lol
