Small Garden City Jardinere?

I think that this is a small jardinere, although not sure. and i think it's by garden city - color as well as the three kiln stand marks on the bottom - although not positive. typical for the 30s/40s with the aqua blue on the outside and white on the inside. perfect condition, but better after a good scrubbing.
