    I bought this at the good will some years ago for $5.00 . Well paintined landscape on 6x7 wood panel . The frame size is 10x 12 the painting is signed looks to say Ruben maybe , not sure of age looks good in my hall way .

      That's what it's all about! When we love it for whatever reason, then we just do ;) The frame has the Eastlake feel to it, but I believe it may be sort of a reproduction type frame. Possibly from the 70's.
