This is a vintage tool, and we think it is a threader of some sort. Closed it is about 22 inches in length, when the handle is pulled back, it is about 33 inches. This tool is used by pushing with some force, through an unknown object or material. There are three notches for whatever stitching, or threading that is used. there is one notch near the end of the boring sharp point. This notch, lines up with two other notches on the U type frame. One in front and one on back of that u frame for that tool. There is also a sharp point of the front end of the u-frame, must be used to help keep tool in place. I would like the name for this tool and what it is used for. Please help if you can, I have asked many people and no one has any clue.
Thank You
Bill
