WOOT! Scored my first "Prohibition" bottle today. I would have liked to have stopped there but my celebration was not lengthy enough for the server.
Okay so, bottles like these were required by law to have a stamp saying that its a crime to refill them during the period following the repeal of prohibition in the 30s and 40s.
AND NOW I'VE GOT ONE :D
Update: Okay, so I know a little more now. Like, just because a bottle has those "federal law prohibits" words, doesn't necessarily mean its from the thirties. So, I've taken a picture of the stamp. I'd really like to know more about this fun shaped bottle.

That statement was used into the 1960s.
Without that statement, some have been known to hold hand lotion. LOL.
A clear image of the base may show a date-code I could translate. Or it may have nothing distinguishable to anyone living today.

I'll snap a pic of the base when I get home
