Icy glass ash tray??? It is 6" in diameter, 2.5 inches tall and 4.25 pounds. Tops of the lenticular columns have tree-ring like patterns. Very impressive when refracting full sunlight but hard to photograph that way. Any thoughts about who made it and if it is actually an ashtray? Thanks

These things bug me as they are always appearing on Ebay as being Scandinavian (particularly Kosta Boda Göran Wärff) and unfortunately it only takes a couple of listings of incorrect attribution for people to believe that is correct. La Vida also produced these potwarmers and they have an almost identical model called 'Olive'
