Thanks guys! I was having a hard time figuring it out.
This one looks like it is Nepalese or Tibetan...just glancing at Tibetan written symbols, there is closer similarity with Tibetan symbols. Maybe you can decipher.

Thanks guys! I think Pukeberg might be best guess here. I looked closely at pictures of other Pukeberg icy ashtrays. They have nearly identical proportions, smooth-ish exterior glass with barky bottom...

Do you think the iciness implies Nordic origins? Was reading this at The Big Ashtray Museum... "Items resembling ice were a staple of the Swedish glass artists of the time…and still are today."
