Fused Glass Iridescent Confetti Triangular Tray 1990

Thin glass triangular tray with asymmetrically placed bowl. Has a wafer crispness feel to it when holding it. Measures 16 5/8" long, 6 3/4" wide. Iridescent confetti shapes and wave pattern edging. Deep blue (translucent in certain lighting) with teal iridescence of shapes. Signed AKA/WVB '90. Any tips on who might of made this appreciated. It does not sit flat by itself, so wondering if it needed a stand or maybe it was never intended to have functional purpose. Thanks.
