I bought this Kralik rose bowl some time ago because I collect this shape. It comes in a variety of décors, both Art Deco and Art Nouveau. Image four shows the shape in a well known Kralik décor.
Image three shows it in a similar decor, but only two colours......red and black (actually amethyst).
Images two and three show that the base is orange, red and yellow on clear glass. On top of that is an amethyst spatter. Only here and there is the amethyst thick enough to appear as black. But then I bought another Czech Art Deco rose bowl and noticed similarities........

I have also observed this shape with a wide, flared rim. Search 'antique czech bohemian iridescent glass vase bowl'. Same? or Similar?
I found the one you refer to. It's the same{apart from the rim). It's distinguished by the tiny 'ditch' around each lobe. Best seen here on the red one in image three.
Kralik made several other lobed shapes too,
