This is the Loetz lidded dish in pumpkin orange with three scroll black feet and a scroll black finial. This is one of many related shapes. It measures 9" and dates from the late 20's to mid 30"s

No I didn't take it that way I just realized for the first time to stem on the lid is the same shape as the feet
