This brooch consists of rhinestones in nice shades of green. It is well-made, but not of top quality. I am also not too sure about its age.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ms.CrystalShip, thanks so much for your comment. I agree that it is still a lovely piece. Too bad that under closer inspections it just isn't top quality. Once you have held the really good pieces, you can tell the difference.
