Hello Moose! Take care of these there real nice. I could only find a little info on the what,I believe to be the cover art done by I believe David Mcdonnell. He did some stuff around 1982 called Comic scene. from O,quinn studios.I'm thinking maybe the person who did the cover.Put these in plasic with something to keep it nice. This is a great collect item.Top notch,I tell you.Keep read'm and collect'm there fun!Frosty21

Frosty21. The artist is Pete Mcdonnell. H eas commissioned to do this comix for rolling stone shortly after finishing art school. he did two covers only to acommodate the order. one for just new orleans and the other one was a generic cover given at the rest of the cities on the concert tour. he did it in 1981. still researchingt to find out more info such as distribution numbers and quanities printed.

Hello Moose! O.K. I was thinking David,But alas it was pete. I believe he did a comic in 1987 called the Marksman, and in 1990 he did League of champions.Good luck in your hunt.Frosty21!

      Ok ya'll
This is the scoop on this program. The one with the stadium on it is a generic program given out before all the stones concert. The one with New orleans was a special ordered program by b-97 radio station so the artist just did two covers. for the rest of the cities on that tour the city was given the stadium program. so If You Got one In Illinois someone in washington got the same program. as to their worth i checked out a dealer in california and he said that with the two unused ticket and the two programs it was total worth $75.00 To $100.00.

I was going through some boxes and found my B-97 FM 1981 Rolling Stones Comic from October 7th Jack Murphy Stadium in San Diego. The comic or comix as the book states is pretty condition. Just thought I would share.
