Ladd No 4 Egg Beater 1930s

Or is it eggbeater or egg-beater? This is the Ladd No 4 Eggbeater made by United Royalties Corp . The last patent date on this is 1929 so I am thinking 1930s. It does not seem like United Royalties Corp lasted well into the depression. The only information on the company I can find is a law suit from 1930. That and eggbeaters from about 1901 to 1929.
Anyway I have posted some eggbeater drills so I figure I would post an eggbeater.
