Great find! It's a German "Notgeld", Emergency money or money in need during economical crisis, wars etc. These coins were not sanctioned by the national central bank, but produced as a mutually-accepted means of payment in a particular region. Could even be made out of porcelain or carton. This one is from the town of Weimar and is made of iron (only to be used there).
