      Sean it was the only colored piece of glass among a shelf full of clear glass....couldn't miss it. I was amazed to see the prices this piece and similar ones go for.

      I also found a few other pieces of glass there but not on the same day. Blenko pinched heart vase and an American piece of glass by Kerry Feldman.
      I will share those also with everyone.
      Thank you for commenting Sean. BTW wish you could have photographed this piece for me ;) I'm sure pictures would have been more amazing if you did them. But I was too lazy that day to take out the LIGHT BOX....been under the weather for a while :(

      I've seen many sommerso vases in the past Melanie but never with the netting which is so unique! You got yourself a beauty!

      Only if we could hire you to photo our treasures...you could make a living taking photos of art glass :)
