I was getting out my Halloween décor and I realized I already had better stuff than fake spiders, bats etc in the house. IE real bats and spiders.
The bat and bat skeleton in resin are part of my laboratory display where I do my fiendish experiments. The bat is a very small bat, about the same size as the ones found here. I know this as they get in the house from time to time. I have gotten better at getting bats out and keeping them out. There have been no illegal bat entries for over a year. The bat is a bit over 2 inches long from nose to tail. I picked up a dead one ounce thing it was a tea bag. It wasn't.
Also here is a tarantula and some of it's beetle friends. Wrapping it up is an emperor scorpion. About 6 inches long I think.
Happy Halloween Part 1.
All of these crawlers incredible Fort, that scorpion is a chiller! Found a small one in the bathroom here one a.m. (had to be an import we don't have 'em here), bagged it in two freezer bags, that thing would not die, it must've speared air holes in the bags - such survivalists!
Thank you very much Newfld. We have scorpions here but they are much smaller. A jar with a cotton ball soaked in nail polish remover will finish them off.
Thank you
