Not quite sure how this work but it is an Irrigator which was used for surgery. Or perhaps part of irrigator system. I am not sure how it is supposed to work. Regardless it is a nice piece of enamelware. Would not want to drink out of it though. Just saw that someone is using one for kitchen utensils. Interesting.
It is about 7 3/4" tall and 5 1/2" across.
This was made by The Jones Metal Products Company which is still around. The enameling department closed in 1985 although I would guess this is from the 1950s.
Could be handy for cleaning supplies like the toilet brush. Which reminds me when it was called the bathroom bowl because no one could say toilet on TV.
Thank you SEAN68.
Cool label.
Being older I get annoyed when people call the toilet the bathroom, just to be polite so they say.
I don't bathe in a toilet bowl.
Tank you very much racer4four. It is ironic that half bathroom has no bath or shower. A 3/4 bath has shower and no bath. Go figure.
Thank you

Mmm, not exactly a kitchen item ;-)))
Complete with rubber pipe and... plugs:

It worked by gravity...
<LOLOL> @kyra -- I was kinda thinking that, too....??!!! ;-) ;-) :-) :-)
[and what a fun "conversation piece" it would be, innocently hanging there on the bathroom wall by the commode... <giggle>]
Thank you very much kyratango. Quite informative. Enamelware is under Kitchen so that is where I put it.
Thank you very much AnythingObscure. I have it by my bathroom bowl now with the toilet scrubber in it.
