I found this at the Flea Market on Sunday, an antique 1915 Roseville Pottery Donatello no. 55-10 10"bowl, that's in great condition for it's age, with very little crazing, and no chips.
The Donatello line is described as Vertical ivory and green lines decorated with cherubs and trees in a horizontal band, and this one has a reddish-brown background, within the band.
I know that Roseville pottery doesn't get close to the prices it got 10yrs. ago, but not worried about being able to make a profit on this one!
I found it sitting on a tarp filled with other smalls, and asked the seller how much the bowl was, he looked, with question in his tone $?.00?, I said ok, paid him, and bagged it up.
I knew, when I saw it, what it was, and didn't check for a lower price, almost embarrassed to pay so little for it, but you take what you can get! :^D
Thank you for looking, all comments and questions welcome! :^)
I'll post the clock next!

Isn't it a thrill when you can find something that nobody else identified? It pays to know your stuff :) Congrats!
Yes it is Rick! Thanks! A little knowledge about the things that you look for, is a lot better then trying to look it up, while the next person is buying it under your nose! :^D Thanks for loving it too! :^)
