It appears very similar to a chair I own made by Paoli in Indiana. Although most versions, including mine seem to have a more traditional style of arms (two or three piece solid wood depending on the version), yours has some very desirable one piece bent-wood arms. Great find!!!

Update, Although I still have been unable to identify this chair for certain I would like to add that it is also extremely similar to one of the Plycraft designed reclining lounge chairs. In fact, I was able to find another copy of your chair (with minor differences in the seat back stitching) juxtaposed on the same site with the aforementioned Plycraft. I am not affiliated with the site but check out the "chaises lounge chairs" section on the Chairloom site.
