    I love the pattern on this footed Candy dish. I think the flowers are Dandelions - I think its the seeds, and are called Dandelion Clocks or Puffs, in England anyway. When we were kids, we used to pick them and blow the seeds off! I am not sure about how it has been made. I think it's molded glass, but there are no lines or joins. Also no idea on age. Can't find one like it.
