I bought this doll. This beauty is a shoulder head doll on a leather body with bisque hands. She is 16” and has real human hair wig. And seems high quality. Help!

Can I see body will you undress her ? The mark is unfamiliar to me and another expert it might help to tell if it is German or French if I can see body .

You do have a good eye still at auctions for finding the best ! You can email me like last time of her body and is there a chance you can lightly rub pencil over the mark I am not sure I am seeing the whole thing . Next to the T or J is that a letter ?

Thank you!! I’ve added photos. Can’t make out if it’s a letter. If anything, maybe a stylized small “h”. Very odd. Below it says R.41-1 DEP.

I don't know much about dolls if anything at all but I think that may be from South Germany. I know that the way the one is written is the way a German friend of mine writes them and I think the DEP was a company from South Germany. I could absolutely be wrong...

Thanks ! She is on a German Body we can narrow down country made in , There were several undocumented small factories operating in Germany at the time and she happens to be most likely made in a small company and their logo is just not in any books so she is German but a mystery to maker :-(
