COCA~COLA 14 KT GOLD PLATED TAPE MEASURE

Reads on the bottom:

ENJOY COCA~COLA
14 KT. GOLD PLATED

The tape measures INCHES, not sure how many total inches it measures but I can pull it out to 69 INCHES, it looks like it might measure up to, atleast, 70 INCHES. In 4" it reads: MADE IN THE U.S.A.
The tape also reads: KEEP (13") CLEAN (14") LIGHTLY (15") OILED (16")

I have tried to research it an cannot find out anything about it or it's origin.
