    i love this little guy. i think he's known as a Japanese Keppa - a naughty little spirit/sprite who plays tricks on people. the tricks can be a little naughty or VERY naughty, from what i've been told.

      this is made by Okura - the high end of Noritake, but i couldn't find any reference to Kappas or figurines by them.
