I'm not a collector and know virtually nothing about this. I thought those of you who do collect would appreciate this. :)
I found these in a portion of a garage wall I was renovating. The garage was built in 1932. There are 8 signs in total.
A far as I know, these are the real deal, not reproductions according to a dealer in the area who would not give me their value (BOOOO!). No matter... I have not cleaned or attempted to do anything of the sort.
the items are from the 30's and 40's and should numers or a litho company in the corners. Would be interested in viewing the complete collection. The signs shown in the condition 200 - 400.00
the one on the right is worth 900 Mint. In this shape, maybe 200-250. Wait for ray or earlycoke for more information.
These are some really cool signs. Too bad the condition is bad, since sign collectors like things perfect. With that said though these signs are quite pretty. They date from the 1926-1928 time period. That was when the company used the "Refresh Yourself" in cursive lettering on a lot of their marketing items. Perfect they would probably go at auction for 1000 plus each, but in this far from perfect condition they are worth around 2 or 250 each. Nice find.

REAL NICE SIGNS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU TRY TO CLEAN. SOMETIMES, IT;S BETTER TO LEAVE THEM IN THE SHAPE THEY ARE, I'VE LEARNED THE HARD WAY!

Very nice signs you have, the large signs are worth more than 250$ to the right collector. some signs are harder to find than others in certian locations you put those in the right auction, you could have some one paying 400$ - 500$ each for the larger ones and 250$ for the smaller one. i my self would pay 450$- 500$ alone for that one coca cola sign on the left in that condition.
I dont even recall seeing the sign on the left before. And I have collected seriously since 1975.
I have not seen that sign either i try to get as many coca cola signs with the slogan "refresh yourself" thats the first time i have seen a sign like that. It seems rare, possibley repo, but when looking at it with the other 3 it looks pretty vintage.
Any interest in selling some or all?
