I was thinking this was from the 197s until I was editing the photos. The sleeve patch has 1964 on it so I am thinking 1964 seems reasonable.
The collarless shirt was popular in the 1960s and 1970s. Not sure of the exact dates it is a variation of the green uniform used from the 1940s - 1980. The earlier uniforms look like WI military uniforms. In the 1980s they switched to a tan shirt.
There is no size on the shirt, seems to look like a boys size 16-20 which is typical for a scout uniform.
Just picked up the scarf today. I will need to get a slider for it.
Nice. Not seen a collarless one before.
I really like these older USA uniforms especially.with all the original patches. I have a 1935 cub denner uniforms complete cap, shirt, knickers, socks, belt, with all the original patches.
Thank you very much elanski. They don't seem to be common.
Thank you very much flashlarue. Good to know I am not the only one. Would be happy to see yours.
