I used my usual trick... Fill the lacks with polymer clay, match color and decor with watercolor and permanent markers, then bake in oven for 20 minutes at 120°celsius.
But.... When I took it off I was really disappointed with the result!
Perhaps due to the copper base, the baked polymer clay darkened !!!
It will remain as it is for the moment! I don't have the courage to remove the repairs and do all the process again :-/
EDIT: not necessary to re-do all the job! See last pic :-))

This is a lovely enamel box Pascale, in both your posts it has such a pretty floral pattern - no real damage, you are talented with your repairs. I tried to clean a rhinestone brooch with vinegar courtesy google advice & a stone fell off, so I have stopped trying!
I have the clay Pascale, but have never attempted to repair anything with it! I think, from your pics., that you did a great job! I would be very happy with the result! :^D Maybe that's why I don't do it though! Leave it to the experts! :^)

Right now a space taker! I got about 20 pounds of assorted colors, a few years ago(Cheap), and thought that I might try repairing some pottery/porcelain with it, but not yet! Just the other day at the Thrift I found 14 small packs, and had to talk myself out of buying them! :^)
Ô_ô 20 POUNDS!!!! Nearly enough for reparing the Venus of Milo! Lol :-D

Update!
I didn't remove the darken repair, only used white thin Posca marker and colored again with bright yellow permanent marker!
