Found in an old tool box in New Orleans area. Adjustable wrench. 2 square drive male & 2 square female heads. Knurled handle. No markings. Maybe a valve handle ?

Welcome to CW Herb812,
This tool looks like it could be a patent design, that didn't make it as useable. It's interesting, but it seems that it may spread, or collapse, it you put much torque on it, in my opinion. I bet someone here at CW, will know though, it's a great place to learn about things, and lots of friendly people, that will give you free help! Good luck! :^)
Try this page, I bet they can help! :^D

They have lots of wrenches pictured, with information about them, and could probably identify yours for you! :^)
Interesting tool. I searched for a "vintage adjustable square drive wrench" with some success. This is one that made sense. https://goo.gl/images/W9DzvC Could that name be hidden in your handle? Welcome to CW?????
Another link for your 1940's era, adjustable drain plug, combination wrench, that Horseradishman1 already solved. Nice Find!
