Hello collector I am finally able to post again. Here is a life size aluminum bald eagle I am building for a friend. It is made out of 3003 h14 1/6th thick aluminum. So far there are 657 feathers on it. Each part and feather are hand cut, shaped and finished. I still have about 350 more feathers to weld on then will be done. As of today I have 320 hours in it and I guest there will be another 120 hours more. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy. HAVE A HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR EVERYONE

I did another 8 hours today and got the front of the wings done now only have to do the rear of the wings, just another 300 or so feathers to cut finish and weld on.
