I really know nothing about this phone, it say 430536 on the transmitter, and EJPEST on the base. It has an upside down A with a C around it on the top of the transmitter as well.

Looks like an extension phone to me, but not familiar with the style or make.
Could be Western Electric, since they were the largest manufacturer in the United States. They made the non-dial candlestick from around 1880 to 1910. The round base suggests an earlier model, as the base was re-designed to be oval for the dial models so they wouldn't tip over when dialing.
Western Electric introduced the "desk set" telephone around 1920, which eventually made the candlestick obsolete. Candlesticks were still made through the 1940's, though, but they had dials.
Look closer at the EJPEST. It might actually be something else.
I'm not a vintage telephone expert, just a research specialist. Hope you find the perfect answer.
I had one of these candlesticks back in the 1970's and I was told it was made in Athens, Greece
