Stout/Soto Pearl Jam screenprint, Belgium, 2012

This is a 24 x 36 inch, 7-color screenprint on speckled paper by artists Tyler Stout (the skeleton guy) and Jeff Soto (the horned wizard and his owl). The corners have been diecut so that the poster resembles a playing card, and it is even printed in red on the back to complete the illusion. Posters sold at the show were not signed and numbered, but this one is, by both artists, in an edition of 200. This piece was created for a Pearl Jam concert in Werchter, Belgium, in 2012. That was the year Pearl Jam commissioned numerous collaborations by rock-poster artists. This pairing has always been one of my favorites.
