Asian wood statue + lamps

I grew up with these statues and would love to know more about them. Two are lamp bases. All are about 14" tall. My Dad bought them in Asia when he was in the Navy, probably in 1973 or 1974. Around the same time, he bought other wooden statues of a different style in Singapore, and carved furniture in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Carved on the bottom of the free-standing statue is "A122071". Information, guesses, and antecdotes are welcome. Thanks so much.
