Recent acquisition. I've reached out to a few people I know, but none have been able to pin down exactly what this is. I got it from a man who got it from his mother. She was Polish and the piece was in her glass cabinet for a long time before my friend got it. By my calculations, it is probably between 80 and 100 years old. He says that his mother said, the Horse/Candlestick was Eastern European. I'd appreciate any thoughts.
UPDATE.
2/11/24 - I.D.'d as Murano Glass, Lampwork Horse Candlestick, in Marigold Carnival Glass. Thought to be rather old. Going back to the beginning of the Carnival glass era. This style of Candlestick is known, and can have other animals attached in place of the horse that is on this one. As it is a beautiful piece, it is said that this style of candlestick was made for a period of 60 or more years. Vintage may be identifiable by nuances that occur from various craftsman. The data is still incomplete on these, to this date.

It's the nicest piece of carnival glass I have ever seen Dean. Though, having said that, I guess it's not really carnival glass having probably not been a prize at any carnival.
