    Excelsior lock patented Nov 1st, 1864. All leather trunk , possible officer trunk. The trunk has two embossed eagles on it. I have tried to find out more about the trunk but not finding to much was hoping for some help. The trunk is in fair to good condition due to its age. There is two storage boxes in it. Please let me know what you think........Jeff
