This was a Flea Market find a couple of months ago, a Petrus Regout & co. Maastricht made in Holland(it says on the back stamp) 13" charger pattern PGO33.
It's a discontinued pattern, and the back stamp dates after 1889, but before 1960, but haven't been able to date it closer than that. It seems to be in excellent condition, with no scratches, and only, almost finger prints under glaze, on the back rim of the plate.

    Thank you for looking! :^D
I saw that Sean had a post with information for this company, and I'll post a link to his post, in comments.
Any questions, or comments welcome! :^)

It’s been a long time, but did you ever learn more? I have some well used nesting bowls in the same pattern. They were my grandmother’s and I’m trying to figure out how old they are. Her grandmother was a Dutch immigrant and made her last trip back home in 1907. Whether the bowls date from her trip or earlier (or are totally unrelated), I’m not sure.
