WHAT DOES ONE DO, when otherwise encountered with a boxful of industrial-quality lighted pushbutton switches of various sizes and colors and with assorted legends to their faces, all having been recovered from a scrapped pile of (1980's vintage?) coin-op video poker arcade machines??? WELL OF COURSE, one sorts thru them all, grabs a few other common items from the electrical aisle at the hardware store, and builds a little toy like this. <giggle> It serves ABSOLUTELY NO purpose whatsoever but to amuse me, potentially frustrate anybody else visiting that might have symptoms of OCD, and (ultimately) exhaust the 9-volt battery inside. <lol>
Pics 1 and 2 show the whole thing and the two switches I chose to use -- a rectangular orange one labeled BIG, and a square red one labeled SMALL. Pics 3 and 4 show what happens when either button is actually pushed... ;-) ;-) ;-)
Thanks so very much to fortapache, iggy, elanski, and Ben for hitting your <love it> buttons -- there aren't any actual switches in the rest of the boxful labeled "LOVE IT", or I'd make up another little box like this...meanwhiles its sorta gratifying that mebbe a few of y'all also 'get the joke', as it were...? <LOL>
Keep that away from various world leaders they'll only think its a Nuclear launch button.
GJ, I (and probably all the rest of us) can only HOPE that the current various "world leaders" only have access to boxes like this, instead of any other little boxes which *are* truly capable of unleashing nuclear planetary destruction...
