Hi Cindagraphia: In the 1900 Sears catalog is a few pages listed of "magic lantern" great source for info. The original catalog is difficult to find, have seen some dvd's and also some reproductions that look good.

I have a very old kerosene slide projector with several slides. I beliece it might be called a "Magic Lantern". This belonged to my great grandmother. I am 75 so it would be well over 100 years old. Could you tell me how to find out what it is worth? I do not have the capability of posting a photo on the web but I will gladly send a photo via US Mail.

Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

      Jack
